Please complete and submit this form no later than 20:00 on the 25th of each month to ensure timely payment.
Payment Schedule: Payments will be processed between the 26th and 1st for all lessons completed between the 26th of the previous month and the 25th of the current month.
Rate: Tutors are paid R150 per 1-hour lesson.
Late Submissions: Forms submitted after the deadline will be subject to a R100 deduction per 24-hour delay.
