Please complete and submit this form no later than 20:00 on the 25th of each month to ensure timely payment.
Payment Schedule: Payments will be processed between the 25th and 1st for all lessons completed between the 25th of the previous month and the 24th of the current month.
So for example, if you were being paid at the end of July, you will need to submit your hours for lessons done between the 25th of June and 24th of July. If you were being paid at the end of September, you will need to submit your hours for lessons done between the 25th of August and the 24th of September etc.
Rate: Tutors are paid R150 per 1-hour lesson.
Late Submissions: Forms submitted after the deadline will be subject to a R100 deduction per 24-hour delay.
