Choose Your Tutor: After we receive your form, we'll send you tutor options within 48 hours. You’ll get to choose the best tutor for your needs!
Start Learning: Once you’ve selected your tutor, we’ll connect you, and you can start chatting and organizing your first lesson.
Ongoing Support: If, at any point, you feel that your tutor isn’t the right fit, don’t worry! We’ll find you a new match within 48 hours. And, if we’re unable to assist, we’ll refund your payment.

If, for any reason, you're not happy with your tutor, we’ll find you a new one within 48 hours. We want you to be completely satisfied with your learning experience. If we’re unable to find the right fit for you, we’ll refund your payment. It’s that simple!
