By booking lessons or engaging with Lesson Geek Tutors, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services Provided

​

Lesson Geek Tutors provides private and group tutoring services for school learners (Grades 1–12) and select tertiary modules, either online or in person (where available). Lesson formats, tutors, and availability may vary.

2. Bookings & Payments

All lessons must be booked in advance.
Payment is required to secure a booking and confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Lesson Geek Tutors reserves the right to decline or discontinue services if terms are not adhered to.

3. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Lesson Geek Tutors are non-refundable.

​

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Missed lessons

• Cancellations

• Changes in availability

• Dissatisfaction after lessons have taken place

Once a lesson or lesson package is booked and paid for, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

​

If you are unable to attend a scheduled lesson, we require reasonable notice to request a reschedule.

​

• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the lesson being forfeited

• Rescheduling is subject to tutor availability

• Lesson Geek Tutors cannot guarantee alternative time slots

5. Tutor Matching & Availability

​

While we aim to match students with the most suitable tutor, we cannot guarantee a specific tutor at all times. In the event of tutor unavailability, a suitable replacement will be arranged where possible.

 

6. Student Responsibility

Students are expected to attend lessons prepared, on time, and willing to participate. Progress depends on consistency, effort, and engagement during and outside of lessons.

Lesson Geek Tutors does not guarantee specific academic results, as outcomes vary between students.

7. Online Lessons

​

For online sessions, students are responsible for having:

• A stable internet connection

• A suitable device

• A quiet learning environment

Lesson Geek Tutors is not responsible for disruptions caused by technical issues on the student’s side.

​

8. Conduct

​

Respectful behaviour is expected at all times.
Lesson Geek Tutors reserves the right to suspend or terminate lessons without refund if inappropriate or disruptive behaviour occurs.

9. Changes to Terms

Lesson Geek Tutors may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
